The topic of leadership has been a constant conversation within the workforce world. It can also become extremely controversial in answering the question: Are leaders born or made? What if the answer is “both”? As the world is changing and becoming more diverse, leaders must also continue to develop. They must exhibit the patience, skills, and overall willingness to grow in their role. This course will discuss the components of leadership, elements in development, diversity, and inclusion, and even strategies to successfully reach individuals in a hybrid and/or virtual format. Participants will investigate their own strengths as a leader and developing goals.
